1. If you are a new claimant and are having issues CREATING A NEW PROFILE, try entering your information again using a different browser (FIREFOX, CHROME, etc.).


2. If you have ALREADY REGISTERED, but you are having trouble LOGGING IN, try clicking the 'forgot your password' link and resetting your password.
